eCom Afrika, the African e-commerce platform, has signed an agreement with Egypt-based logistics provider, Egytrans Logistics Solutions, to improve cross-border supply chains for SMEs moving goods between Egypt, African markets, and the Middle East. The partnership focuses on smoother
trade flows, faster deliveries, and better visibility for small businesses that rely on reliable logistics across the region.
Under the deal, the two firms will offer door-to-door logistics services, covering sea and land transport, warehousing, packing, and customs clearance. This will make it easier for Egyptian exporters — especially SMEs — to reach customers across Africa and the Middle East sans complex shipping and documentation barriers.
The partnership will also link eCom Afrika’s digital platform with Egytrans’ smart logistics systems, enabling real-time shipment tracking, better planning, and improved transparency across the supply chain.
Egytrans will leverage its regional network in African and Gulf customs and legal regulations to reduce delays and ensure compliance in different markets. The pact highlights opportunities in Middle East–Africa trade, positioning Egypt as a gateway for e-commerce, cross-border logistics.
