Gulf Warehousing Company (GWC) is expanding its logistics operations across the Gulf, developing new transport routes in Saudi Arabia and growing its energy logistics and quick-commerce services in the UAE. The Qatar-based group is also securing new contracts in Oman across industrial, retail, food and automotive sectors, as it responds to changing cargo flows and customer demand.

GWC reported a 37% year-on-year increase in third-quarter net profit to QAR 32.3 million, while revenue reached QAR 397.8 million. Net profit for the first nine months of 2026 rose 15% compared with the same period last year.

In Saudi Arabia, the group is developing a new air-and-land corridor connecting Europe with the wider Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC). It is also investing in artificial intelligence-enabled digital platforms to improve shipment visibility and connect its operational systems.

Contract logistics and real estate supported the financial performance, with net profit in these businesses rising 24% and 22%, respectively, in the first nine months.

“Our international revenue has doubled year-on-year, reflecting the progress we are making in connecting our capabilities across markets and growing our business beyond Qatar,” said Matthew Kearns, GWC Group CEO.

GWC operates across 20 strategic locations in the GCC and Europe, with more than four million square metres of logistics infrastructure and a freight network covering over 120 countries.
